I've had a real good stay with customer service of a very high standard. The location was excellent for me as it was short walk to the nearby restaurants, the American embassy, which is less then a 5 minute walk away and The Bridge pub. Went to Paddy Cullen's Pub for drink or two, set relatively close to the hotel.

The location was unbeatable and efficient for walking around a multi-purpose stadium. The hotel was an ideal base for enjoying a pretty comfortable area. We got a room with a bathtub. A private safe, central heating, coffee and tea making facilities were good.

Good Location.
Room 234 is next to the Air Conditioning machine on the roof of the hotel which was extremely noisey all night making sleep impossible. A night sleep is a prerequisite of any hotel!!!!

The hotel is really nice, we were going to the Aviva Stadium, so it was a perfect location for us.
I found the staff at Receiption were a bit curt, and not as friendly as I have come to expect from Hotels in Dublin, but professional.

It was just an optimal selection for a quick weekend visit in Dublin with great value for money. The breakfast was okay but definitely not worth the value. I paid 24 euros for a simple meal that I could have found cheaper elsewhere. Better to have breakfast at nearby cafes.

would love to go back
The room was super spacious with a kitchenette that included a microwave and refrigerator. The balcony had outdoor furniture, perfect for lounging. A fitness center was available for workouts. The bathroom had a walk-in shower and offered complimentary toiletries like shampoo and body soap. Breakfast featured freshly baked pastries and organic juices.

a pretty decent, somewhat sterile place, with friendly staff, rooms of adequate size and appropriately priced (room).
as usual, the charges for wireless internet are outrageous-- free wifi should be part of any decent business hotel worth its name. the lounge/restaurant area was freezing, due to unseasonably cold weather, but still. the other peculiar thing: no easily accessible electrical outlets to charge computer/cell phone. hairdryer was not working.

Very conveniently situated hotel with helpful staff. It was a winter wonderland when the snow fell. Excellent breakfasts.
Having to pay to keep the car in the carpark.
